Rushford Public Library will be offering “Curbside” pick up starting Monday, April 13 while our building remains closed
It is with great excitement that we are able to provide our patrons with curbside pick-up!
“…Based on a review of Executive Order 20.20, MDE has determined that public library services may be deemed as essential during the COVID 19 pandemic. Within a library’s ability to provide for social distancing and the regular disinfecting and sanitation of library materials and to follow Minnesota Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control health and safety protocols…” ~4/8/20
At this time we are starting with limited curbside pick-up with the goal to eventually be able to include additional days and services to fill our patron’s needs.
Library staff will be available Monday 12:00 – 4:00pm and Tuesday-Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm to answer questions and to process requests either by phone, email or online catalog.
Place requests by calling 864-7600 or Email requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
Or on your own by accessing our Online Catalog (Please note: at this time we will not have Inter Library Loans only request books from our library)
Requests are ready for pick-up
You will be notified by email or phone once your items are available and a pick-up time will be scheduled.
- Pick-up Days are Tuesday’s and Friday’s 10:00am-4:00pm
- Orders will be checked-out to patrons and placed on a table outside the library door for your scheduled pick-up time.
Due dates will be extended, however our drop box is open and emptied daily.
Remember online books are available through Overdrive or the Libby app
Thank you for your understanding, patience, and cooperation during these very difficult and trying times. We are committed to and look forward to continuing our service to our community.
